Refund policy

All sales are final.

I specializes in surplus, canceled-order, overstock, and mismeasured windows and doors. Because inventory is unique and often one-of-a-kind, all products are sold as-is, where-is, with no returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Customers are responsible for:

• Verifying all dimensions, specifications, colors, and quantities before purchase.
• Inspecting products prior to pickup.
• Ensuring products meet their project requirements.

Once an item has been purchased or removed from the warehouse, it cannot be returned.

If a product is found to be materially different from the information I provided  at the time of sale, please let me know so we can review the situation.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms.
